As part of Accessible Properties’ commitment to providing warm, dry and healthy homes, we are carrying out improvements in many of our properties.
This is part of our Healthy Homes programme which will ensure homes are insulated and heated to the appropriate level.
Last year we carried out surveys of our properties to find out what work needed to be done.
Not all our homes need to be upgraded. If your home is one that will now be undergoing improvements, a contractor will be in touch with you to discuss arrangements.
Over the coming months, the work will be carried out with as little disruption as possible, with your safety and convenience apriority.
The work will help keep you and your family warm in winter, and ensure your home meets legal standards.
All our contractors will have Identification Cards. Before you let anyone into your home, please always ask to see this card. If you are still not sure, please call 0800 862 769.
