Accessible Properties has housing available for people in need, or on low incomes. As part of the IHC Group, where possible, we prioritise matching people with disabilities with housing that meets their needs.
Accessible Properties has public housing available in Christchurch, Wellington, Hamilton, Tauranga and Auckland. Some of these properties are modified for accessibility. You need to meet certain criteria to qualify for public housing. If you think you are eligible, then apply for the social housing register by calling Work and Income on 0800 559 009, or if you are over 65 call Senior Services on 0800 552 002.

Accessible Properties has a small number of affordable rentals available. Many of these homes are modified for accessibility.
