The Government has placed Auckland at Alert Level 3, and the rest of country at Alert Level 2.
The restrictions remain in place from until 6am Sunday but may be extended.
What this means for all Accessible Properties tenants in Auckland:
Maintenance services will be provided using safe work practices and tenant consent. Urgent work will be given top priority. You will be called before anyone visits your property.
Tenancy inspections will be carried out by phone or delayed.
Transfers will commence using Ministry of Health (MOH) guidelines and timing and management of these moves will be discussed with you. We will commence new tenancies using MOH guidelines and management of these moves will be discussed with you.
For tenants in the rest of New Zealand:
Inspections, maintenance, repairs and other work will continue as normal (please be aware this may change if Alert Levels are raised).
We are here to help if you are experiencing any problems and can put you in touch with a range of support services, so please let us know if you need help.
Some of our staff may be working from home but we will still be available to support you.
