As of Tuesday 28 April 2020, New Zealand is at COVID-19 Alert Level 3. The welfare of our tenants, staff and contractors remains our highest priority.
We will continue to follow Ministry of Health (MOH) guidelines in all areas of our business. This includes:
· Social distancing
· Contactless service
· Good hygiene
A number of our staff will continue to work from home.
What this means for you:
Maintenance services can be provided using safe work practices and tenant consent. Please note that due to work being put on hold during Alert Level 4, there may be a delay for non-urgent work. Urgent work will be given top priority.
Tenancy inspections will continue to be completed by phone. Transfers will commence using MOH guidelines and timing and management of these moves will be discussed with you. We will commence new tenancies using MOH guidelines and management of these moves will be discussed with you.
Moving into lockdown has required us to help out family and friends in a range of different ways. We recognise one way may have been to allow your friends or extended family that didn’t have secure accommodation to move into your home. You will not be penalised for providing this support, but it’s important you let us know so we can put them in touch with agencies that are addressing housing needs locally.
We are here to help if you are experiencing any problems and can put you in touch with a range of support services, so please let us know if you need help.
Please contact your Tenancy Manager if you have any questions or need support.
