A message from Accessible Properties to our tenants:
As you know, we’re all now at Level Two. Great news, and we can now change how we do a few things.
First up, we just want to stress that your safety and health are really important to us. We’ve really appreciated your co-operation and compliance during the lockdown.
Our staff have been mostly working from home, but now we can go back to doing inspections and welfare checks in person.
And to be clear, we will be contacting you before we visit your property to make sure we keep everyone safe.
Don’t worry – our staff will be following all Government instructions and hygiene measures. So will contractors who come on to your property for maintenance work – they’ve been required to agree to a strict set of rules.
We’re still working through when all our offices will be fully open, but plan to sign up new tenants in person.
We will only be operating out of our Tauranga office at this stage. If you want to visit the office, please make an appointment with your Tenancy Manager in advance.
One thing we’re reminding everyone, is that while we’re all happy to be out of lockdown, it’s no excuse to go crazy. Parties, excessive noise and anti-social behaviour won’t be tolerated and we’ll be taking that very seriously.
Lastly, it’s great that we’re at this point. Accessible Properties will keep monitoring developments and Government advice and we’ll keep you fully informed of any changes.
