Accessible Properties is expanding its range of services and support in all areas of New Zealand now at alert level 3.
In addition to essential health and safety works, it may now be possible to do exterior work, work on vacant properties and some interior work on occupied properties. This can only be done if it's undertaken safely and with the occupants’ agreement.
The welfare of our tenants, staff and contractors remains our highest priority so all work that Accessible Properties’ staff can complete from home is still being done from home.
Our tenancy team has established protocols and processes for contactless property lettings. The first new tenants move in today.
