Our Kowhai Ridge development is a joint venture partnership between Ngāti Whātua Orākei and Fletcher Living. This large-scale development consists of 173 one, two and three-bedroom homes in this mixed-housing community with a third of the homes being for public housing.
Accessible Properties is excited to be working with Ngāti Whātua Orākei and Fletcher Living to provide 19 of these warm, dry homes – five of which we opened in September 2018.
The next phase of Accessible Properties Kowhai Ridge development is well underway, with site preparation progressing and completion of the next lot of Accessible Properties homes due July 2020.
